On the 16th of April, 2020, the Chief Minister addressed a cabinet meeting. The CM conversed with the other state ministers via video conferencing. In this meeting, the Arunachal Pradesh authority announced a special relief scheme for those state residents, who are presently trapped in other states.
The Chief Minister pointed out that the state government will offer a financial assistance of Rs. 3500. The fiscal assistance will be given to professionals as well as students, who are living in other states, but are legal residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
