Benefits Of Saptapadi Yojana Karnataka
The Scheme will arrange 1000 wedding ceremonies in 90 to 100 temples in the state.
Under the scheme the newlywed couple will get 55,000 rupees from the state government as financial aid.
Date of the ceremony–
The government decided to conduct the wedding ceremony on upcoming 23rd July, 26th July, 29th July, 6th August, 10th August, 14th August, and 17th August.
Props for the wedding–
For the wedding, the muzrai department of temple will provide 8 grams of gold as a sign of good fortune, apart from that the groom will get dhoti, shalya, and shirt.
Budget of the wedding–
As per the scheme, the government allotted 40, 000 for per Mangalsutra, the registered bride will get 10, 000 rupees, and the registered groom will receive 5,000 rupees in cash from the government.

Despite the low key arrangements, the ceremony will follow rituals.
